Just wanted to let you know there are only a few days left to have your purchase at the Bunny Burrow Boutique make a donation to Baskets for Bunnies. For each item purchased a dollar is donated to Bunnies in Baskets. In other words, let's say you purchase one bracelet and two pairs of earrings, that is three items which will equal $3.00 (US Dollars) that gets donated to Baskets for Bunnies. Every month, Bunny Burrow Boutique donates to a different organization.
Bunny Burrow Boutique is a shop which sells handmade jewelry (and other items soon to come) which often features rabbits, other animals, nature related and symbols of peace and harmony with the world and nature. The jewelry is very attractive with a variety of different styles, but is also created to be reasonably priced and very comfortable to wear. New items are added regularly. Baskets for Bunnies is a great non-profit organization which raises money and collects other types of donations (supplies for example) which help out rabbit rescues, shelters and educational rabbit organizations. This organization was started by Gretta Parker, who was inspired by her own rabbit Flopsy Parker. Information can be found at these links (click here and click here). Gretta Parker is also starting a rabbit sanctuary for rabbits that have special needs (physical, medical, special care, etc). She has recently taken in her first rabbit for it. She has also recently written a children's book, The Easter Bunny Who Grew Up. This book was inspired by her rabbit Flopsy and tells his story.
The donations for Baskets for Bunnies will go to them on purchases made until and on April 8th, 2012 (Easter Sunday) until the end of day (EST). Then the donations will be going to another organization on purchases made starting the day after.
